Execute the procedures of the area, following the technical regulations of Latin America and the company in order to achieve the safe use of personal care ingredients or those related to Vantage's business and in accordance with the regulations of the LATAM region.


FUNCTIONSReview technical regulations in Latin America (emphasis in BR, MX and CO) applicable to the Personal Care & Industrial unit's products and report them to provide technical regulatory input for Vantage's new business development in the region.

Conduct regulatory assessments for the products of the Personal Care & Performance Materials Vantage unit and its principals to guide the creation and maintenance of the portfolio based on applicable regulations.

Provide regulatory compliance support for Vantage LATAM and its clients in matters of regulatory compliance (regulatory data sheets, safety data sheets, statements, filling out customer questionnaires, certifications e.g., -EcoCert, Halal, Kosher, etc)

Contact distributors and coordinate the technical requirements of Vantage customers related to distribution products.

Obtain and maintain the inscriptions and registrations required for the products and the company with the different health organizations in Latin America (mainly:
ANVISA, Cofepris, Invima) to ensure regulatory compliance for business continuity.


Execute the procedures of the area, following the technical regulations of Latin America and the company in order to achieve the technical sanitary compliance of Vantage LATAM.

REQUIREMENTS

Basic Academic Training:

Bachelor Degree:
chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry.

Complementary academic training:
Professional courses, continuing education certificates related to specific regulatory areas

Years of Overall Experience:
3-5

Years of Experience in the Position:3-5

Technical knowledge:
Regulation of cosmetics and their ingredients applicable to Latin American countries of chemical substances in Latin America.
Regulation of chemical substances with industrial application (agro, veterinary, cleaning) in Latin America.

Software Knowledge:
Microsoft office package (.doc, .xlsx, .ppt). Medium Excel skills.
SAP basic knowledge
