Medical Content Specialist

This role is part of the Emerging Markets Medical Content Hub and is responsible for developing high-quality content to support scientific dialogue that protects patient health, safety, and outcomes. The vision of Global Medical is to understand patients' needs, clinicians, and healthcare systems to effectively communicate evidence on the benefits and risks of medicines. The role ensures the accuracy of content, aligning with global and local regulations, and adapting it for the target audience.
Your role offers the opportunity to lead key activities to advance your career, including:

• Content Development: Acting as the medical signatory for materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and legal compliance
• Scientific & Product Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in therapeutic areas and GSK products, understanding clinical studies and product positioning
• Medical Governance: Developing materials in line with regulations, collaborating with Commercial, and conducting Management Monitoring activities
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrating accountability and continuous improvement, partnering with commercial for omnichannel campaigns
• Effective Communication: Building strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering networking for business results
• Business Skills: Handling daily tasks efficiently, partnering with cross-functional teams
• Training and Onboarding: Training others in the content development process

We are looking for professionals with the following characteristics to achieve our goals:

• Medical Doctor or life science degree equivalent
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Highly resilient and quick to adapt and learn
• Good prioritizing and analytical skills
• Strong teamwork orientation

If you also have the following, it would be a plus:

• Medical Doctor education with clinical experience
• Experience in pharma industry or medical affairs
• Experience in oncology, vaccines, or respiratory areas
