We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic and fast-paced Agreements team in the role of an Agreement Maintenance Coordinator . As an Agreement Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee contracted maintenance – schedule resources, and prepare/communicate with the customer.

You will focus on these responsibilities:

Support the Agreement Manager in implementing Agreement Management activities in logistics and administrative activities as per Wartsila internal guidelines during the Mobilisation and Operations phase. Monitor that the maintenance tasks are executed within the targeted time in coordination with the Maintenance Planner Act as a Responsible Coordinator for AMEO in the Act Country /Region. Creates spare parts sales order/ quotation. Ensures the correct WBS element is used as informed by the Agreement Manager. Required Delivery Date. Order follow-up and update any additional spare part requirements. Support Agreement Manager to reach set quality, financial, cost, safety, and time targets. Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships. Expert-level usage of tools like SAP/ WE BUY/ Maximo Follow up with the Agreement manager to maintain up-to-date KPI and Account plan status and participate in Account Team meetings. To coordinate tasks and actions with site teams as instructed by Country / Agreement Manager To report specific assigned tasks to progress to Agreement Manager To act as a Facilitator in highlighting local issues/risks / administrative tasks / local rules by supporting the team in proposing solutions. Support Agreement manager to create a demobilization plan and support in demobilization activities

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

Previous experience in Service Delivery A Bachelor is needed MBA or equivalent is a plus Power Plant Knowledge Advanced English Focus on achieving results Able to keep an overview at all times Good planning and communication Customer & detail-oriented Good decisiveness and action orientation Team player
