Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Solid experience as Scrum Master, used to work in Agile projects and scrum.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Gitlab and Splunk.
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an alwaysup, alwaysavailable service.
  • Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, technical and nontechnical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
  • Experience managing Agile projects, including using agile methodologies and tools or as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven leadership experience in achieving successful project outcomes.
  • Must be fluent in English and have good communication skills.
