Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and develop Appian solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and high-quality deliverables.
- Implement process models, forms, records, reports, and user interfaces using the Appian platform.
- Develop integrations between Appian and other enterprise systems, leveraging APIs and web services.
- Work with CDT's and SQL Databases.
- Configure and administer Appian environments, including security settings, application deployments, and troubleshooting.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of the developed applications.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper testing and validation of the developed solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Appian features, releases, and industry trends, and apply them to improve development practices and processes.
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, deployment guides, and user manuals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Appian Developer, with knowledge of Appian Designer, Expression Language, SAIL, and Appian APIs.
- Strong understanding of the Appian platform and its capabilities, including process modelling, user interface design, and data structures.
- Must have hands on experience in designing workflows and UI component development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Appian L, and L certifications will be an added advantage.
