As a Support Assistant, will serve customers of different levels, support technical issues related to products, processes and project guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support team (end to end process).
  • Drive agents to Best Performance.
  • Attend e replicate mandatory training sections.
  • Work according to SLA and Google guidelines.

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in customer support.
  • Clear communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to meet quality guidelines.
  • Intermediate English.
