PMO - Marketing Innovation is charged with ensuring timely availability of new product launches to our sales team, maximizing their impact and significantly boosting conversion rates. The incumbent will orchestrate this feat through meticulous project management, from initial approval to product placement in stores. As the leader of a multifunctional team this individual will oversee the seamless execution of all activities per project. This position will adeptly cultivate touch points with all stakeholders and assume ownership of schedules, serving as the linchpin in project management efforts.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all new product projects since approval to in store execution.
  • Guarantee that all involved in the project reach the deadlines.
  • Create a clear channel of communication with stakeholders
  • Deployment and implement new process of product launch.
  • Create schedules of each project, guaranteeing best deadlines
  • Lead multifunctional team, guarantee that areas work in harmony to deliver best launches.
  • Support marketing and innovation managers to bring new products to live
  • Control and follow all activities of each project to guarantee flawless execution of innovation
  • Ensure that new products will be available on time
  • Investigate and find ways to accelerate product launches (internal process)

Projects You'll Work On:

  • Accelerate product availability to sales with winner selling tool.
  • Lead and influence multifunctional team to reach deadlines.
  • Ensure faster new products execution (availability, sell in, store execution, post mortem).
  • Preview issues in the project and find ways to solve.
  • Ensure one single touch point about new products timeline and status.
  • Ensure right schedule and activities
  • Accelerate time to deliver new products to customers and consumers
  • Create documentation of the whole launch process.
  • Challenging stakeholders when needed
  • Implement culture of innovation

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, Engineer or similar.
  • Advanced/Fluent English is required.
  • Must have experience in Project Management.
  • Strong financial, commercial/marketing skills.
  • Experience on Marketing PMO on FMCG Companies.
  • Experience with product launches/innovation.
  • Experience with senior management stakeholders is desirable.
  • Intermediate Spanish is desirable.
  • Experience with project management software: Microsoft Project or similar.
