We invite a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our software development and deployment processes. You'll help us build leading-edge decentralized technology solutions for our client's institutional financial partners and global users. In this role, you will get a chance to impact the innovation and development of decentralized financial protocols and systems, working with a renowned US-based regtech and fintech company.

Is that you?

• 5+ years in DevSecOps, with a Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or InfoSec
• Strong cloud platform knowledge, preferably Azure
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and Bash scripting
• Good understanding of software development, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with the IaC approach and tools (Terraform, Terragrunt)
• Familiarity with Ansible
• Proficiency in Git
• Strong networking, security, and system administration skills
• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment, threat detection, and risk management security tools
• Knowledge of Chainlink, Uniswap, and Web3 architectures
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

• Experience with smart contract deployment methods
• Certifications in DevOps or InfoSec (Certified DevSecOps Professional, CISSP, or Certified Ethical Hacker)

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll be part of a distributed product-oriented team developing complex functionalities for a large-scale financial system. You'll manage the Azure-based SaaS platform, driving continuous improvement and ensuring full IaC compliance.

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with team to identify and implement solutions
• Automate processes for efficiency and scalability
• Implement CI/CD processes
• Provide technical support to the development team
• Monitor and optimize system performance
• Define and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure prompt incident resolution
• Enhance the security of infrastructure, applications, and systems and ensure compliance
• Set up and maintain Web3 technologies (IPFS, Besu, Geth, Stellar nodes)
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Stay updated on DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and blockchain trends
