YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Tax Analyst will report directly to the Tax Coordinator and will be responsible for tax assessments, tax collection controls, support to other areas with resolution of doubts related to tax proceedings and assistance to the Coordinator in all processes involving the Tax area.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Tax assessment of indirect taxes (ICMS, ICMS ST, IPI, PIS / COFINS) and withholding taxes (IRRF, PCC, ISS, INSS);
Review of inbound and outbound invoices;
Validation of information on Government reports (GIA, GIA ST, SINTEGRA, SPED FISCAL, SPED CONTRIBUTIONS, DCTF, DIRF);
Tax collection;
Tax accounts reconciliation;
Support to other areas of the company regarding the inbound and outbound of goods as well as fiscal documents issuance;
Tax system configuration;
Assistance with attendance to the public agents of fiscalization, if necessary;
Analysis of special taxation regime for customers;
Submit requests to our third parties companies with relation to tax systems we currently work with (SAP & Comply), whenever a change is required or for parameters setting;
Validate with IT Team all tests involving our tax systems settings required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
University education concluded in Accounting Sciences or Administration
Previous experience in the function, preferably in industry with ICMS ST
Essential experience in the system SAP - tax transactions, invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, payment to suppliers
Knowledge in SAP TC system (Solutio IT) will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
