WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


A área de Risco Operacional & Controles Internos coordena a gestão de Riscos Operacionais na Santander Asset (braço global do Grupo Santander para a gestão de ativos).

Seu papel é garantir que a entidade se mantenha alinhada ao seu perfil de risco, monitorando os riscos, eventos e planos mitigatórios e garantindo a qualidade das informações reportadas.

Entre as funções e responsabilidades da área, cabe destacar:

  • Reportar à alta gestão os principais riscos operacionais da instituição;
  • Implementar a metodologia de gestão de risco operacional, assim como das ferramentas qualitativas e quantitativas necessárias para tal;
  • Suportar a implementação de procedimentos de gestão e controles visando mitigar o risco operacional para garantir o alinhamento com o apetite de risco definido;
  • Revisar e monitorar os resultados apresentados pelas áreas de negócios e suporte para os testes de controle, fazendo o adequado desafio ( _challenge) _destes;
  • Gestão dos planos de continuidade de negócio.

A pessoa será responsável por:

  • Mapear processos, visando identificar potenciais riscos operacionais e propor melhorias em processos e controles;
  • Acompanhar eventos operacionais, identificar as causas e impactos;
  • Definir planos de ação para mitigação dos impactos dos riscos e eventos;
  • Propagar a Cultura de Risco.

  • Perfil handson;
  • Organização;
  • Facilidade de aprendizado;
  • Pensamento analítico;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Espanhol é um diferencial.
