About You and this Role
Liferay is looking for a Sales Admin to join the Sales and Global Operations team.

Key Objectives

  • Support the development and strategies of sales operations;
  • Provide access, training and support for all CRM users, as well as document and disseminate good practices for using and updating data.
  • Deal with registration of suppliers and customers;
  • Manage sales data within our CRM;
  • Manage the company's contracts, as well as their signature workflow;
  • Monitor, along with the Finance, the payment workflow of the customers;
  • Pass on global changes related to sales processes to the Local team.
  • Understand priorities and execute operational plans;
  • Optimize sales and operations efficiency through innovative thinking;
  • Improve systems and processes, sharing good practices;
  • Develop analytical sales dashboards and reports to provide insights and support datadriven decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience in sales;
  • Excellent communicative ability;
  • Organization;
  • Collaboration;
  • Analytical Thinking;
  • Advanced English. Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain in tools such as Excel and Google Sheets (Macros, PivotTable.)
  • Knowledge in CRM tools, like SalesForce
  • Knowledge in BI tools, like Tableau
  • Knowledge in Sales Forecasting tools, like Clari
