Key Responsibilities:_

  • Daily bookkeeping of bookkeeping transactions in both local ERP and SAP.
  • Managing and review of all postings (accounts payable, accounts receivable, G/L, bank reconciliation, fixed assets tracking and depreciation calculations, intercompany reconciliation).
  • Monitor daily sales and purchasing activities.
  • Liaise with external agent for reporting and tax issues.
  • Reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts between local report and HQ report.

Required Experience:_

  • Bachelor degree or above in accounting or financial management
  • More than 1 year working experience
  • CPA, ACCA or CIMA;SAP is a plus
  • Able to use TOTVS system
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing

Salary:
R$9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Barueri
  • SP: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ACCA (preferred)
