PURPOSEWe are seeking a Senior Manager Marketing who will have Latin America (LATAM) responsibility for the growth of innovative products in the Orthopaedic portfolio.

In this critical position, you will represent LATAM while partnering with the International & US based global marketing teams for core upstream projects and will have downstream responsibility & coordination with the LATAM regions and distributors.

Your primary focus will be on the successful LATAM commercialization of the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, Visualization and Powered Instruments products through short- and long-term strategic projects.

In driving the growth of your portfolio, you will have great latitude to determine the direction and initiatives you choose to implement.

RESPONSIBILITIES and ROLE

to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to gain greater market share, improve revenue generation and increase the utilization of CONMED products and solutions in the International and US marketing teams, sales and supply chain function to guide and support selling activities to meet sales revenue and operating earnings targets, backorder management, and overall product lifecycle support, including product portfolio management (i.e.

SKU our US and International Orthopaedic leaders of R&D, marketing, sales, finance, operations, clinical education, marketing communications, in the development and execution of new product development and launch plans.regional product and procedure activities, liaise with regional, International and global training and marketing teams, provide feedback on local market conditions including voice of customer/surgeon, and assess new product relationships with key opinion leaders and customers across the LATAM and effective relationships with the LATAM leadership team develop a talented, high performing and engaged ensure successful achievement of LATAM marketing, training and clinical programs for assigned effective and efficient LATAM marketing communications other tasks as requested by your manager.significant time in market with the region teams and commercial partners as well as in person time with US Marketing and R&D teams.

EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree essential, Marketing/Business Administration (preferred). MBA (preferred).


WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum of 3 years' marketing / in-line brand management experience in the medical device sector and located in International geographies.

Prior people management experience.
Experience in Orthopaedics Sales preferable.

Experience with sales and marketing of disposable and capital medical equipment along with experience in partnering with R&D on new product development and product launches is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Portuguese is also a preferred influence multiple stakeholders with different be the LATAM representative within the Global Orthopaedics teams.
