Culture and Organizational Development Supervisor

Organization Development
Design HR engagement surveys and analyze actual HR evaluations/assessments to identify organization development needs focusing on building action plans
Monitor the work environment, through meetings participation, free talks and others with the purpose to collect data regarding the organization development situation and use this data to support the organization development plan
Develop and implement organization change works, cooperating with business departments identifying their gaps and build improvement and action plans
Cooperate with business departments in order to support the organization improvement action plan, acting as a facilitator and coordinator of the process
Corporate Culture
Manage GWM company culture in alignment with HQ standard proposing updates/adaptations to Brazil
Design and implement culture programs such as trainings, activities, events and others focusing in creating and improving the local culture making it stronger
Identify trainings, workshops and other works that will improve the local culture style
Build the GWM citizen program focusing on delivering a strong, competitive and good company to work
Establish regular routines for culture sharing such as videos with culture experience by employees, culture good practices sharing and others focusing on sharing and reinforcing our culture
Design and implement the mentoring program fostering enablement of a strong culture
Employer Branding
Build a roadmap with short/mid/long term goals that can make GWM employer branding better known in Brazil
Implement programs and actions that can improve GWM employer branding in Brazil, building a reliable company in Brazil market
Establish actions to make GWM day-by-day best work practices to be known in Brazil community
Leadership training
Establish assessments and policies to support the leadership skills gaps and cooperate with HRBPs for operation
Based on leadership gaps and business needs, design the leadership training programs focusing new leaders such as: new leader, new manager, new executive and others
Follow up the operation and the training effectiveness through surveys, assessments and others focusing on improvement plans
Based on other evaluations (HR survey, 360o, capability and others) design the training needs assessment in cooperation with HRBP ́s, planning resources, budget and others
Factory training
Build technical training program with SENAI and other third parties focusing on qualification of factory manpower
Build plans and policies for legal requirement trainings based on business needs
Develop qualification matrix to qualify the factory manpower for best practices at production, supporting audit requirements
Soft/Hard Skills development
Based on business needs and evaluations, build policies, suppliers, resources and standards to operate soft/hard skills trainings
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Fluent in English
At least 8 years of experience in the main activities
