The
Customer Supply Chain Lead Brazil acts as a single point of contact for the commercial team in relation to all supply chain activities.

The CSC assures all activities support markets growth ambitions by delivering a best-in-class service at a competitive cost in a sustainable way.

Overall responsible for W&D, Customer Service and Customer Collaboration departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Best in class on Safety and Quality
  • Best in class levels in Customer Service (OTIF, Fill Rate and Advantage Survey)
  • Full Collaboration to Achieve Net Sales and Operating Profit market targets
  • Ensure Cost Control (W&D budget/Inbound), capitalize opportunities while minimize risks
  • Organizational Development, career path, succession plans, people performance, organization satisfaction
Inbound

  • Management of inbound shipments from ex Site to available in local Market
  • Follow up and improve lead teams from ex sites to markets (transits, customs, QA release)
  • Collaborate, Participate and Lead with Procurement all freight negotiation for inbound freight category and local supply chain services (local brokers).
  • Budget Management to improve cost for inbound.
Warehouse and Distribution

  • Develop & Optimize Relationships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) through Continuous Improvement but without compromising Service Levels, Quality, EHS, Safety, ABAC
  • Lead and collaborate with Procurement in all negotiations with local suppliers of distribution freight category (LSPs & Distribution Suppliers)
  • Deliver Optimum "Order to Delivery" Customer Service, being Best in Class partner in the eyes of our Customers
  • Ensure highest possible service level possible using most costeffective way while complying with HALEON policies
  • Optimize Inventory Management, driving improvements in Inventory Accuracy in line with Targets, ensuring mandated Stock Checks & Cycle Counts are carried out
  • Right Capacity in place in Warehouses & VAS Providers to meet volumes
  • Deliver Best in Class Logistics operation in most costeffective way & without compromising HALEON policies
  • Champion the Customer throughout the e2e Supply Chain, ensuring right focus & alignment to meet Customer Needs
  • COGS / Warehousing & Distribution Optimum Costs, Service Loss Reduction, Lead time (TAT) Improvements by reviewing opportunities
  • Constant interaction with Logistics, Supply & Demand Team re e2e Supply Chain exceptions such as Forecast Variations, Safety Stock Levels, Back Orders
  • Manage indirect teams, such as share service from Rx
Customer Service

  • Collaborate with the Customer throughout the e2e Supply Chain, ensuring right focus & alignment to meet Customer Needs
  • Develop & Optimize Internal & External Customer Relationships
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction Surveys carried out with agreed action plans in place to deliver Year on Year improvements
  • Deliver Year on Year reductions in Service Loss & Customer Complaints
  • Review HALEON Scorecards v those of our (Top) Customers, identifying opportunities for improvement, benchmarking constantly & steeling shamelessly Best Practices from within HALEON & the Industry
  • Drive a differentiated service while converting in a key partner for key customers driven incremental sales by improving customer supply chain
  • Collaborates on Regional initiatives such as Production Transfers and NPIs

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Industrial Engineer or Business
  • Experience on E2E supply chain
  • MBA
  • APICS certifications are desired
