We are currently looking for skilled people who want to have an impactwith their work to join our web portal and e-commerce team in our existingoffice in Sorocaba.

Over the next 12 months, this team will be working tobring a new customer-facing platform from concept to production througha deeply collaborative effort between our Marketing, IT, UX, Product, andData members.

The team will leverage the company's existing knowledge ofboth the industry and technologies to create a digital product that will helpreduce CO2 emissions of fleets, improve road safety, and providepredictability and value to its customers.

This is a unique opportunity tohave an early and significant impact on shaping both the new Aftermarketorganization and product while having the security of being part of one ofthe world's largest automotive suppliers.

About the IT Project Senior Analyst As a IT Project Senior Analyst, you are part of a small highly skilled, innovative,and motivated development team in the construction and exploitation ofnew digital solutions for ZF Aftermarket developed using cutting-edgetechnologies in web and mobile applications, together with cloudtechnologies.

You will be working closely with the product team,marketing team, and other IT professionals, to build responsive, data-centric rich web and mobile applications.

What you can look forward to asIT Project Senior Analyst Product vision and strategy – Define the WHAT and Convey the Vision and Goals at thebeginning of every Release and Sprint;
Own the Product Backlog;
Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to business value, ROI and ExpertTeam interests, focus on maximizing the value of the delivered product (ROI);
Understand the interests of all business stakeholders and define new requirementsbased on business input;
Write new user stories to document business requirements;
Align with Feature Team on prioritization of the product backlog and Answer businessquestions from the developers;
Support implementation of requirements by the development team;
Ensure user acceptance tests;
Management of dependencies and compliance.
Your profile asIT Project Senior Analyst Bachelor's degree in IT or related field;
In-depth knowledge and experience of agile methods and the SWdevelopment process;
Excellent English skills and strong communication skills
High level of analytical thinking and ability to structure and simplifycomplex processes and problems in addition to customer-orientedthinking and acting, flexibility, enthusiasm and strong team skills;
Experience in software development is a plus;
Shared responsibility for the result of each sprint within thedevelopment team;
Experience at the program or portfolio level inSAFe is a plus.
