The SR Recruitment Analyst can manage the recruitment processes and developing selection strategies based on the agreements linked to the LATAM markets.

- Previous experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition;
- Desirable previous experience managing recruitments for areas of Marketing, social media, digital, technology and similar areas;
- Expertise to deal with managers and executives;
- Desirable Intermediary Spanish;
- Advanced English;
- Good communication, organization, proactivity;
- Experience in managing work teams;
- Knowledge of search engines such as LinkedIn (Recruiter) and others ATS
- Having worked with Employer Brand will be a differential
