RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Relacionamento com Clientes: Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, sendo o ponto de contato principal para todas as suas necessidades.
  • Onboarding de Clientes: Auxiliar os clientes na configuração e implementação bemsucedida de nossos serviços, garantindo uma transição tranquila.
  • Treinamento e Educação: Desenvolver e fornecer treinamentos personalizados para clientes, garantindo que eles aproveitem ao máximo nossos serviços.
  • Análise de Necessidades: Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e trabalhar em estreita colaboração com outras equipes para garantir que essas necessidades sejam atendidas de forma eficaz.
  • Resolução de Problemas: Resolver desafios e problemas dos clientes de maneira proativa e eficaz, buscando soluções que atendam às suas expectativas.
  • Coleta de Feedback: Coletar feedback dos clientes e transmitilo às equipes internas para aprimorar nossos serv

Requisitos e qualificações

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:

  • Experiência anterior em Customer Success ou função similar.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Capacidade de entender as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer soluções eficazes.
  • Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas.
  • Orientação para o cliente e desejo de garantir o sucesso do cliente.
