Job Description:


Ser o business partner de finanças para CCA, suportando as estratégias e tomadas de decisão em relação a preços, incentivos de vendas, planejamento estratégico, novos negócios, lançamentos de produtos e serviços, entre otrous, assegurando execução dos objetivos de vendas, retenção de clientes, rentabilidade e fluxo de caixa, para todos os canais de venda, Planejamento e análise de Budget e Forecast do Brasil.


Consolidar o resultado GMSA, elaborar apresentações e reports locais, regionais e globais que apresentem as variações do P&L de CCA, bem como as estratégias, riscos e oportunidades do business.


Responsabilidades:

  • Analisar e aprovar a viabilidade financiera das propostas comerciais em relação a preços, incentivos e mix de vendas por produto ou canal. Projeção de vendas e rentabilidade por ciclo, mensal, trimestral e anual.
  • Propor e implementar planos de ação para garantir a rentabilidade mínima esperada de cada produto e canal.
  • Revisão e aprovação do Budget de incentivos, maximizando o retorno de inversão alinhado à estrategia geral do PPI
  • Analisar e aprovar os preços/descontos, garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia comercial e de produto.
  • Dar suporte para as negociações de custos de material e ou logisticos, dando visibilidade do impacto (positivo ou negativo) financeiros esperados para equipe comercial
  • Suportar a elaboração e análise do fechamento contábil do Brasil, fazer a reclassificação da venda de acessórios para veículos. Reportar a performance/variação do fechamento
  • Responsável pelo proceso de LTP e Budget (FP&A), revisões trimestrais e mensais, administrar o desempenho de indicadores financieros Margem de controbuição, EBIT, DFC e inventários. Suportar a elaboracão e análise do fechamento contábil, calcular e fazer a carga de forecast no sistema.
  • Calculo e reporte da recuperação de PIS/COFINS sobre incentivos de vendas.
  • Fazer um pre closing e analisar variações, entender as causas e propor ações para mitigar impactos.
  • Carregar no sharepoint global de CCA o forecast de vendas do Brasil e Argentina
  • Reportar o uso da verba de marketing regional mensalmente
  • Atualizar, analisar e Reportar o Tables (arquivo que contem todos os P&Ls de CCA de todos os países GMSA)
  • Fazer as apresentações locais (PPI e Sales Overview), Regionais (Business Review e MOR) e Globais (Monthly Financial Review e Quarter Financial Review).
  • Elaborar análise financeira, rentabilidade e planos ad hoc solicitados
  • Liderar la implementación de ações para melhorar FCF (Redução de inventario, vendas pelo canal DSC);
  • Análise de custos de produtos, fretes e custo estrtural, implementação de iniciativas para reduzir custos e inventarios, assegurando a disponibilidade do produto.

Formação

  • Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Especialização finanças, desejável MBA
  • Inglês (avançado/fluente)
  • Espanhol intermediário

Experiência:

  • Sólidos conhecimentos financeiros
  • Elaboração Budget, LTP e Forecast
  • Análise de variação de Real X Orçado
  • Participação em reuniões com alta liderança

Conhecimentos:

  • Fechamento Contábil
  • Conhecimento de gerenciamento de custos estruturais
  • Conhecimento da dinámica de negócios
  • Business Partner
