Responsável pela estratégia de crescimento do Shopee Live Commerce trabalhando em estreita colaboração com a equipe multifuncional de conteúdo Marketing Lives, CRM, BD eoutros liderando todas as iniciativas de crescimento para desenvolver a usabilidade dos recursos e impulsionar as vendas. Requer análise de dados, pensamento crítico, monitoramento de KPIs,e estabelecer planos de crescimento e todas as iniciativas para atingir as metas do Shopee Live Stream.

Job Description:

E como será meu dia a dia?

Liderar a estratégia de crescimento do Shopee Live Commerce, impulsionar jornadas, conteúdo para melhorar a adoção, tráfego e vendas de Lives;

Dimensionar o crescimento de B2B e B2C trabalhando em estreita colaboração com as equipes de Conteúdo, Dados e Insights para desenvolver modelos de crescimento para a área;

Experiência geral em CRM e jornadas para propor novas iniciativas de adoção de Live Stream B2B e B2C;

Mentalidade de crescimento: usando análise de dados, determine a melhor combinação de estratégias e otimize as ações de acordo;

Acompanhar o histórico do Lifecycle Marketing: identificar públicos-alvo e compreender seus comportamentos e hábitos;

Desenvolver maneiras criativas de aprimorar ou melhorar o fluxo de trabalho de livestream;

Identificar lacunas e oportunidades de crescimento e retenção de usuários.

Requirements:

Graduação completa (pós desejada) em Administração, Economia, Estatística e Engenharia;

Microsoft Office e Excel avançados;

Perfil analítico;

Experiência em CRM (Jornada e Funil);

Inglês avançado ou fluente.
