What You'll Do:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline in accordance with sales strategy and formulate business development plans periodically
  • Manage key merchant accounts by ensuring you understand your merchants' business objectives, pain points and provide the right products and services across Lalamove to ensure continuous engagement.
-Be the point of contact for the merchant, understand their business objectives, resolve issues quickly -Take lead and monitor business projects or campaigns to achieve the expected result -Manage commercial contracts, tenders & business negotiation to achieve personal and team financial goals -Prepare & deliver professional presentations, logistics solutions, quotations (RFQ/ RFP) and biddings -Establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership -Analyze sales and financial data regularly -Maintain good relationships with business partner
