  • Responsável por planejar, programar e controlar as necessidades dos projetos de manutenção e/ou fabricação para disponibilizar os recursos nas datas necessárias para o atendimento ao prazo acordado com o cliente, visando o atingimento dos índices estabelecidos como também o Forecast definido.

  • Analisar o plano de produção emitido, alocando as quantidades de matériaprima e/ou insumos em estoque e em processo de compra, fornecendo as datas de necessidade ao planejador da fábrica;
Assegurar a compra da matéria-prima faltante através da análise da alocação das quantidades no plano de produção e emitir as requisições de compra e/ou ordens de serviço/Produção;

Assegurar a compra do acessório e/ou forjado faltante através da análise dos desenhos disponibilizados na BOM e emitir as requisições de compra e/ou ordens de serviço / Produção;

Contribuir com o atendimento no prazo prometido ao cliente, através da análise das possíveis restrições de matéria-prima e/ou insumos, buscando com as áreas de interface a melhor opção de atendimento;

Ensino Superior
  • Desejável Administração ou áreas afins.
Desejável conhecimento em SAP, MS project e sequenciamento de fábrica.
SAP, pacote office.
Inglês intermediário.

Desejável experiência em planejar, programar e controlar as necessidades de matérias-primas e insumos gerados no plano de produção contribuindo para disponibilizar estes recursos nas datas necessárias para o atendimento ao prazo acordado com o cliente, garantindo o atingimento dos índices estabelecidos.
