Location & Remote Work

Our people team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

For this position, we expect candidates to be available for work trips and in-person events.

Area Description inside QA

The People area aims to increase high-performance talent density by living Grupo Quinto Andar's leadership principles in their daily lives. It is responsible for all human resources processes and sub-processes in all companies of the business, as well as maintaining our culture. As we are an accelerated growth company, the talent management area is very important in bringing sustainable and systematized processes to always bring engagement, evaluate and bring development tools to the best people, raising the bar for current teams, ensuring that the company's growth is sustainable and that we always have high-performance teams, maintaining and developing them in the best possible way. The Talent management area is divided into 3 pillars: i. all people assessment tools and their succession strategies and long-term talent vision, ii. entire training and development strategy, iii. Internal communication, culture and employer branding. Therefore, it is a very strategic area, not only for People but also for the entire Grupo Quinto Andar business. The current moment in the area is very interesting, as "people" are part of the business strategy, it has processes that are still in an initial version or do not exist, that is, there is a blank page for the construction of all the processes that will lead the company to 10x growth. It is a unique opportunity to learn and leave an incredible legacy for an HR person's career.

Function Description Inside the area

Your mission will be to be a strategic partner for the business by building scalable, creative and robust processes that drive the business strategy across teams and raise the bar by increasing the number of talented people in high performance, ensuring people adhere to the Grupo Quinto Andar culture, in other words, they translate business strategies by driving them through people. In addition to being a fundamental part of ensuring that the talent funnel is repositioned with a greater number of people ready to take on new challenges (today we have this funnel in reverse). Main subsystems of the area and responsibilities:

I. People assessment tool: We evaluate with data and situational examples, based on Leadership Principles and Results, without bias from recent periods, diversity, stereotype and affinity, always bringing the truth, even if it is difficult.

  • Evolve and build people assessment tools that guide the development and continuous improvement of all employees;
  • Build an assessment tool that guides effective action plans in the development of our people;
  • Develop a tool for succession plans aligned with the future and current needs of the business, connecting all development elements;
  • Develop people management and evaluation strategies that aim to optimize employee performance through mentoring, coaching, feedback, identifying and assertively addressing employee gaps.

II. Development: We develop our team through challenges and tools, focusing on emotional skills, mental models, behavior and technical knowledge. We learn by reflecting on mistakes (ours and others), feedback, constantly seeking knowledge, through mentoring, courses, benchmarking, reading, and others, applying knowledge in practice.

  • Reinforce the culture of continuous learning;
  • Develop training and development strategies aligned with the culture and needs of the business;
  • Build a development strategy in order to increase the number of high-performing people who can develop the best of their potential on Grupo Quinto Andar;
  • Develop and evolve an assertive onboarding strategy aligned with business needs.

III. Internal Communications, EB and Culture: Acts as the communication bridge between an organization and its employees. Crafting and promoting a positive image of the company as a workplace being the storytellers behind why someone would want to work at Quinto Andar creating telling the brand story. The primary focus is fostering a well-informed, engaged, and aligned workforce. It strives to create a transparent and connected work environment where employees feel valued and informed, contributing to a more productive and successful organization.

  • Design cultural and communication reinforcement strategies;
  • Redesign internal communication processes to make them more effective;
  • Planning and execution of corporate events aligned with Culture;
  • Actions to unfold and reinterpret culture;
  • Content Creation and Delivery;
  • Employee Engagement and Culture Building;
  • Develop and promote the Employer Brand (Research and define the Employer Value Proposition (EVP));
  • Develop, measure and make action plans with KPIs (input and output metrics) that measure the success of actions.
