We are currently enhancing and expanding the Rocket Lawyer platform with the goal of capturing audiences worldwide. Please join us as we grow our team and help tackle this challenge togetherAbout the Position Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence, this role will partner closely with product leaders, revenue growth, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and act as a thought leader for International teams at Rocket Lawyer.
The function will play a critical role in supporting go-to-market data strategy, ensuring measurement of engagement and retention metrics for our international stakeholders.
Key ObjectivesOwn defining, tracking, and monitoring business of all International KPIsPartner with leaders in engineering to improve data collection through data infrastructure design, data pipelining, and warehousing solutionsConduct exploratory data analyses to discover patterns and insights to inform future strategyPartner with product management leadership to create hypotheses, define KPIs, design experiments, and act as go-to strategic thought partnerEnsure product teams are empowered to make data-driven decisions that make a positive impact on success metricsSkills and Experience2+ years of experience with business analysis and problem-solving by drawing insights from large data setsPrior experience working directly with product managers or embedded within a product teamExperience working with managing and improving data pipelinesStrong communication and presentation skillsLogical, analytical thinker with business acumenSignificant expertise with Google Analytics 4Proficient in SQL and experience with orchestration tools (i.e. Airflow)Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc)Experience with data warehousing, and data pipelining solutions a plusBachelors or Masters degree in engineering, finance, economics, or quantitative fieldNice to haveFamiliarity with Python (or equivalent) and GithubBenefits & PerksAnnual salary increaseGenerous PTO accommodations including 30 days of paid vacation for every 12 months of service and 15 days of paid sick leaveMandatory Bonuses:
