About the opportunity:

The PCD HR Analyst will be responsible for overseeing our HR processes, including Global Onboarding, Offboarding, Vacation/PTO Control, Internship Program Support, and Background Checks Process.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute the Global Onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new employees throughout the organization.

Manage the Offboarding process, ensuring all exit procedures are properly followed.

Monitor and control employee vacation/PTO balances, providing support and guidance as needed.

Support the Internship Program by coordinating recruitment, selection, and monitoring of interns.

Supervise the Background Checks Process, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all stages.

Required Qualifications:

Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in English, especially in HR operations, for effective communication with global teams.

Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic HR environment.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Previous experience in HR roles, especially in Onboarding, Offboarding, and Vacation/PTO control processes.

Familiarity with HR systems and talent management tools.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.

Excellent Communication Skills And Interpersonal Relationship-building Abilities.

Background Check experience, preferably in a corporate context.

Ability to adapt to change and new technologies to improve HR process efficiency.
