What you'll do:
- Work as a key member of a Machine Learning Engineering team, actively contributing through technical expertise, collaborative problem-solving, and hands-on involvement in driving the technical advancement of our OKRs (Objectives and Key Results);
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction;
- Contribute to the planning and execution of Machine Learning pipelines, ensuring efficient development from architecture to production scalability;
- Assist in architecting and implementing BEES Ai's Mission, Vision, and ML Strategy;
- Stay updated on industry releases and academic research, fostering the integration of emerging technologies and identifying potential business opportunities;
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions;
- Leverage technical expertise to provide guidance and support in the application of advanced machine learning techniques.
Additionally, we emphasize that this is not a managerial position, but direct and daily involvement in technical contribution for the advancement of OKRs is expected.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, or other quantitative fields;
- Relevant experience with Machine Learning Platform Architecture;
- Systems Thinking and Software Design Patterns;
- Experience with Distributed Computing and Software Testing;
- Extensive Cloud Platform Experience, Big Data Infrastructure and Machine Learning System Design;
- GitHub workflows, Python, PySpark, DataDog, Terraform, API Management, Front End technology frameworks, Software Development Lifecycle, Bash, Docker, Software System Integration, Software Refactoring Techniques, Test Driven Development;
- Runtime efficiency optimizations;
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong agile and growth mindset is required.
