Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

The Product Marketing Lead – Evo, leads the product marketing, channel, and partner marketing, and responsible for the overall communication strategy in a matrix company organization. This position is instrumental in defining the Go-to-market of our platforms through compelling product launches and sales channel enablement. The leader has experience crafting end-to-end product launches while optimizing available inbound, outbound, and indirect programs. This candidate will collaborate with product management, sales, marketing and revenue operations to help plan, coordinate, and execute the strategy that educate our buyers, attract the right audience, and generate interest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Establish GTM approach for ABC Evo in concert with product, finance, sales, and corporate marketing for new product introductions, feature releases, education and adoption; create compelling launch based on competitive positioning
  • Translate growth goals in LATAM into marketing strategies, identifying the right personas, messaging, assets, and tactics
  • Function as product, market, and demand gen programs knowledge leader for the platform team
  • Work on product launch plan to match the ideal buyer personas, customer segmentation, and campaign messaging to maximize client retention and new logo acquisition
  • Collaborate with corporate brand and growth to put together quarterly GTM plans and enabling outbound sales teams to achieve growth targets
  • Be a close partner to Demand Gen / Growth to collaborate on new and existing campaigns and content and ensure clear communication
  • Facilitate sales enablement plan to ensure success of the client facing teams

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 8+ years of relevant SaaS or software marketing experience with increasing responsibility (member management software, fitness technology or financial technology experience preferred)
  • Native Portuguese and Spanish / English fluency
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and traditional sales-led motions
  • A keen eye for detail, a passion for dissecting campaign performance data, and a thirst for knowledge
  • Programmatic marketing expertise – using CRM tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, SalesForce
  • Communication skills - Impeccable presentation, copy writing, copy editing, speech writing abilities
  • Listening skills – Ability to understand not only what people say but what they might be hesitant to say or what they may otherwise be unable to effectively communicate
  • Interpersonal skills – Exceptional relationship building skills. Ability to help negotiate priorities and align on common objectives swiftly
