DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.

TasksLead the migration process from SVN to Git/GitHub, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
Collaborate with development teams to establish best practices and workflows for version control using Git/GitHub.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, utilizing tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure and deployments.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in DevOps and version control systems.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on version control systems.
Proven expertise in migrating SVN repositories to Git/GitHub, including experience with large-scale migrations.
Extensive knowledge of Git branching strategies, code review processes, and repository management.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Deep understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
