Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Apoiar o time comercial na prospecção de clientes, com desenvolvimento de propostas comerciais para ações ligadas à marketing de influência;
  • Formatar soluções adequadas aos objetivos estratégicos da Spark e dos clientes, identificando oportunidades de propor produtos proprietários a cada briefing;
  • Desenvolver projetos especiais e produtos proprietários, com narrativa estratégica, plano tático (operacional) e proposta comercial;
  • Precificação de projetos com influenciadores;
  • Elaboração de apresentações (Keynote ou PPT), planilhas de proposta (Excel) e/ou outros documentos de proposta (Word);
  • Criação e implementação de metodologias de trabalho;
  • Responsável por captar e analisar briefings, direcionando e coordenando junto com as áreas necessárias para garantir integração de todas as pontas para entrega da proposta;
  • Analisar estratégia, mecânica, perfis, escopos, plano de mídia e o que mais for sugerido para as ações, garantindo alinhamento com o briefing;
  • Relacionamento com escritórios de agenciamento de influenciadores/assessoria de talentos;
  • Solicitar orçamentos para escritórios/influenciadores/fornecedores, fazendo followup das solicitações, análise/negociação de valores e formalização de acordos com terceiros contratados;
  • Handover/imersão com outras áreas dos projetos aprovados;
  • Gerenciar e organizar a pauta e as demandas, priorizando os jobs junto com o time de New Business;
  • Participação ativa em reuniões com influenciadores, clientes e/ou internas, garantindo a melhor condução dos projetos e alinhamento entre todas as pontas;
  • Seguir processos burocráticos da empresa (atualização de planilhas de controles, status, salvar arquivos na rede e etc.)

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Conhecimento em Keynote ou PPT.
  • Excel intermediário.
  • Ter pro atividade no desenvolvimento de projetos.
  • Heavy User das principais redes sociais.
  • Ter autogerenciamento.
  • Habilidade com negociação.

  • Inglês
  • Conhecimento em macOS (sistema da Apple).
