About the Area:

This vacancy is for our operation in Mexico, Inmuebles24 Full.
This role will allow you to feel as an entrepreneur, while enjoying the perks of a more stable, larger company. You will enjoy a large degree of autonomy, tackle early stage business challenges, and help us plan and implement our growth.

Mission: This role should enable a cohesive development of the business, by organizing strategy planning, implementation, and forecasting business performance. Also, it should serve as an operational controller, allowing senior management to detect business opportunities and implement the most relevant initiatives aimed at growing the Marketplace in Mexico.

A glimpse to your day to day:

Lead the team in charge of planning our strategy and building the forecast of our business, both activity wise and financially. Implement cross-functional strategic projects in coordination with product, engineering, operations, legal, and any other related party to the initiative at hand. Carry out detailed analysis to assess current performance, identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies in line with financial targets. Regularly monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Requirements

Expertise in understanding of financial statements, and forecasting them. Project implementation and management Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for optimization. Fluent in English
