The ideal candidate will own responsibilities for building and leading a team of Regional Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers to achieve revenue goals as well as help enable MQL efficiencies, upward mobility opportunities, and channel velocity. This leader will help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mindshare on Zscaler's products and services across LATAM. This is a critical leadership role that will lend energy and efficiency to the sales acceleration that Zscaler is geared for within the LATAM market.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and motivate a diverse team of Regional Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Demonstrated track record developing outbound pipeline strategies and programs that the sales team can execute on.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Finance, Product Management, P&C, Legal, Demand Generation, as well as other key functional roles
  • Engages with partners to identify opportunities for the sales teams
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Interact with sales operations to ensure forecast accuracy and SFDC hygiene
  • Identify training opportunities for the team and ensures compliance
  • Drive revenue and customer growth, deliver scalable consumption based sales motions to Zscaler customers, while recruiting, leading, and developing a diverse sales organization across the entire LATAM organization
  • Meet and exceed global sales goals in each region, consistently, quarter over quarter
  • Engage with customer executives as a Zscaler Sponsor on top accounts/opportunities
  • Actively lead a culture of performance management and accountability that includes Individual professional development planning for team members

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15+ years of management/leadership experience in high-tech sales as well as creative history for developing salespeople.
  • Proven ability to prospect and market concepts to new and existing accounts while interpreting complex information.
  • Enterprise software sales experience with an actionable rolodex of decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast accurately
  • Deep accountability around closing new contracts with complex customers, renewing contracts of existing customers and driving adoption of a cloud based consumption model

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Whatever it takes attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance
  • Proficient in the use of relevant CRM database tools (SFDC)
  • Ability to influence others and prepare for emerging customer needs
  • Highly motivated, positive attitude; results-oriented personality with strong desire to succeed
  • Trilingual preferred: English, Spanish and Portuguese
