1. Job Overview

  • Provide Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and other coworkers timely, highquality data analysis, reports and other deliverables
  • Coordinate, update and keep data clean and available in Artemis (Corporate ERP)
  • Provide support for primarily the Procure Plus Campaigns (process design and continuous improvement planning initiatives) and sourcing (complex categories) projects across AFLA and in certain occasions various Business Groups
  • Detailed quantitative analysis and problem solving as required to support Procure Plus

3. Principal Accountabilities

Procure Plus Program

  • Support the delivery of the Procure Plus program, enable crossfunctional and cross Business Group engagement
  • Support in the development of Procurement Capabilities across Amcor and ensure they are "Gold Standard", including presentation materials, participant handbooks, facilitator guides, etc.
  • Lead the development of assigned capabilities
  • Assist in the identification, establishment and codification of best practices in Procurement
  • Support the ongoing development of the Amcor Way of Procurement
  • Drive Supplier Performance assessment process

  • Support categories in supplier onboarding

Data Analysis, Modelling, Reporting

  • Support Procurement leadership and coworkers in all data requests. Use analytic techniques to support sourcing and procurement projects. Establish and maintain communication channels with leadership, key team members, and internal business units for data gathering/analysis and to support their business requirements
  • Assist Category Management teams in the execution of opportunity/benefit assessment e.g. spend, cost/benefit analysis and reporting, etc.
  • Extract data from ERP systems, analyse and model data and provide reporting. Support review and assessment of efficiencies within businesses, identifying opportunities and providing improvement recommendations
  • Perform market analysis and identify key evaluation data elements. Analyse and report RFx information in suitable formats
  • Connect systems and input together with plants and categories
  • Provide negotiation support. Support evaluation of complex bid award scenario's analysis. Perform scenarios to obtain input or buyin from internal stakeholders and leadership. Saving calculation and analysis

Relationship Management

  • Build constructive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
  • Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure understanding and compliance with key procurement strategies

Occupational Health, Safety and Environment

  • Work in accordance with the responsibilities and authorities described in Appendix 2

  • Effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting needs and priorities

6. Qualifications/Requirements

6.1 Formal Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3 years of work experience in comparable position or appropriate consulting roles
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel (programming and building macros), Word and PowerPoint is a must
  • Excellent quantitative analysis and problemsolving skills required
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Excellent communication ability with all level of organization
  • High level of customer
