Você trabalhará como uma ligação entre IS/IT & Parceiros de negócio.

Trará conhecimento profundo sobre oportunidades de negócio e problemas encontrados pelas funções de Customer Services, e irá aconselhar as melhores soluções.

Irá traduzir estratégias e oportunidades de negócio em requerimentos de desenvolvimento para os produtos da função, bem como participará de projetos de implementação de sistemas em um ambiente colaborativo entre diversos países de América Latina

O dia a dia...
Suportar o gerente de produtos e / ou Gerente de Relacionamento de função no desenvolvimento da estratégia de negócio através de melhorias nos produtos e soluções de Customer Services


Analisar, documentar e testar desenvolvimentos de programas e lógicas de acordo com os processos e especificações, bem como apoiar a rede ( network) do produto a identificar o MVP ( minimum viable product) que satisfaz a necesidade do cliente.

Documentar materiais de treinamento, bem como executar treinamento para os usuários finais

Apoiar na análise e resolução de incidents e problemas juntamento com as equips Offshore.

Participar de projetos de implementação de sistemas e soluções

O que vai contribuir para o seu sucesso?
3+ anos de experiência relevante em analise de sistemas SAP, Order to Cash, gerenciamento de demanda, fluxos SD

Experiência em projetos e desenho operacional de fluxos de processo

Entendimento de processos de negócio e sua tradução em requerimentos de aplicações (especificações funcionais)

Inglês e espanhol

Sólido conhecimento em SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Supply Chain, SAP-ECC Sales and Distribution (SD)

Conhecimentos de S/4 HANA aATP and/or SAP APO gATP

Conhecimento cross em lógistica, gerencimeamento de entregas e geração de faturas

Conhecimento functional ABAP é um diferencial.
