A Ferrero, importante empresa multinacional de bens de consumo, procura, para sua sede em São Paulo, um profissional para o cargo de Customer Service Delivery Manager.

Esta pessoa será responsável por desenvolver estratégias de crescimento por nível de serviço com os clientes. Esta posição é responsável pelo alinhamento e implementação dos planos, buscando oportunidades de abastecimento, bem como propondo melhorias nos processos de entrega, visando a satisfação do cliente e o crescimento da Ferrero.

As principais responsabilidades do cargo serão:

Monitorar resultados versus planejados, fornecendo informações para alcançar objetivos de vendas e antecipar problemas.

Gerenciar operações da equipe (pedidos, reclamações) com indicadores de desempenho e implementar processos e planos de desenvolvimento para melhorar a satisfação do cliente.

Participar de reuniões operacionais (S&OP, comitês comerciais) e liderar projetos interdepartamentais.

Realizar reuniões mensais com gerentes de abastecimento do cliente.

Construir planos de melhoria de nível de serviço com a Ferrero Supply Chain.

Recrutar, gerenciar, motivar, treinar e desenvolver a equipe conforme as diretrizes do Grupo.

Buscamos profissionais graduados em administração de empresas, marketing ou carreiras correlatas, com forte experiência em áreas de Customer Service, preferencialmente em indústrias de bens de consumo, tendo implementado CPFR, com capacidades de negociação e de liderança, e conhecimento de inglês fluente.
