Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling the incident life cycle (Minor/Improvements/Low Priority issues);
Work with Operations and Software Developers teams on: availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring and emergency response.

(Always be assisted by a Mid Level Support Analyst or ++)

If Customer Success:

Service and Delivery quality management;

  • Follow up with all customers and internal teams (Product and Delivery);
  • Delivery deadlines management;
  • Services and delivery performance indicators management;
  • Escalate the problems to the responsible areas in order to prioritize solutions understanding the customer's needs.
(Always be assisted by a Support Coordinator or ++.)

Requirements:

Degree (completed or finishing) in Computer Science (or similar field of study) or equivalent self-taught experience;

  • Basic knowledge in Pacote Office;
  • English speaker;
  • Basic knowledge in Linux;
  • Basic knowledge in MySQL;
