As a key member of the Engagement squad, your role is to provide clients with valuable insights into the usage of Wellhub by their employees.
This includes showing not only how employees and their family members use the benefit but also how usage evolves.Your efforts will enable clients to see the return on investment and understand the impact of Wellhub on their workforce.
This agile team is composed of fellow developers, a product manager, and a UX designer.Together, we collaborate on the continual improvement of the tools and applications under your care, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of both internal teams and external clients.
You will be expected to develop the tools and the platform that power these objectives while working closely with stakeholders and the other developers.
We also count on your unique view on how we evolve the platform technically and business-wise.
