Position Summary:

This role is responsible for scheduling audits in the system, considering auditor agenda availability, audit deadline and logistic optimization in Brazil.

Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensure Registration documentation is sent to clients within agreed timescalesFollowing-up on outstanding registrations to assist Scheduling with their bookingsApplying for extensions where needed and follow-through until approvedProcessing registrations and renewals within agreed timescalesResponding to, and acting on client queries within agreed timescalesFiling of correspondenceMaintain and update the relevant databaseTo provide additional administrative assistance to other administrators as, required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in project management, customer service and/or administrative taskIntermediate level in Microsoft OfficeAdvanced English a plus.
