Você desempenhará múltiplos papéis como CS ajudando clientes a otimizar seus processos de negócios com as soluções de software integrado da Odoo e promovendo o melhor uso de nossas soluções.

Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver novos negócios com clientes existentes e/ou identificar áreas de melhoria para atingir metas de vendas.
Elaborar campanhas de upsell, cross-sell, renovação e expansão para gerar novas receitas para a empresa.
Ser responsável por todas as fases do plano de renovação de assinatura.
Construir e manter bons relacionamentos com os clientes.
Gerenciar vários projetos ao mesmo tempo, mantendo atenção aos detalhes.
Atuar como ponto de contato principal para novos clientes após a venda.
Onboarding e configuração das contas de novos clientes.
Criar e distribuir materiais educacionais para ajudar os clientes a obterem mais valor do produto.
Identificar proativamente e envolver clientes com alto risco de churn.
Tornar-se a "voz do cliente" e repassar feedbacks às equipes internas.

O que esperamos de você:

Ensino superior completo (uma formação relacionada à área de negócios é um grande diferencial).Inglês avançado ou fluente;Demonstrar compreensão do ciclo de renovação do cliente, ter espírito empreendedor e paixão pelo sucesso do clienteDisponibilidade para trabalhar em modelo presencial em Curitiba.


É um diferencial ter:
Experiência em software de contabilidade, produção, inventário, CRM, PDV e/ou E-commerce, bem como experiência na indústria/empreendedorismo, são altamente valorizadas.

Experiência pré/pós-vendas em SaaS ou PaaS - Compreender a proposta de valor de um software de ERP para um cliente em potencial.

Proficiência em aplicativos G-Suite.
