  • Atuar como Business Partner em clientes de média complexidade executando os serviços contratados conforme metodologias da B2HR e realizando a interlocução com o líder do projeto ou PO, reportando as ocorrências mais relevantes e esclarecendo eventuais dúvidas;
  • Atuar como líder em projetos de baixa e média complexidade através do planejamento, coordenação e/ou execução do projeto (estratégias, cronogramas, recursos), participações em reuniões estratégicas, acompanhamento constante com o cliente, distribuição, organização e acompanhamento das atividades com a equipe interna, garantindo a interlocução entre as partes interessadas;
  • Compreender as necessidades estratégicas e operacionais dos diferentes setores da empresa e fornecer insights e soluções de gestão de pessoas para apoiar o alcance dos objetivos;
  • Utilizar dados e métricas de RH para identificar tendências, desafios e oportunidades, auxiliando na tomada de decisões informadas;
  • Colaborar com os líderes na identificação e desenvolvimento de talentos, bem como no planejamento de sucessão e desenvolvimento de liderança;
  • Executar estratégias para gestão de desempenho e engajamento dos funcionários, visando melhorar o desempenho individual e coletivo;
  • Planejar e conduzir pesquisas de clima organizacional, analisar resultados e desenvolver planos de ação para promover um ambiente de trabalho positivo e engajador;
  • Participar da análise, elaboração e implementação de políticas de remuneração, remuneração variável e benefícios, garantindo a competitividade do pacote de benefícios oferecido pela empresa e o alinhamento com as melhores práticas do mercado, garantindo equidade interna e externa;
  • Elaborar e conduzir onboarding e offboarding;
  • Estruturar materiais técnicos para apresentação no cliente, analisando a melhor forma para transmitir a informação/ideia desejada.
