Principais atividades

Utilizar conhecimento do produto e do domínio para conduzir responsabilidades de ponta a ponta para projetos de clientes relacionados à área de produtos (por exemplo, projetar e realizar workshops ou apresentações para clientes, identificar oportunidades de crescimento, resolver desafios de produtos) para um ou mais clientes para aumentar a adoção de produtos.

Realizar atividades de ativação de produtos (por exemplo, interagir com a comunidade de produtos, educar vendedores sobre novos produtos e versões beta, construir inteligência competitiva no mercado) em escala, interna e externamente.

Impulsionar o trabalho de impacto do cliente com os clientes para implementar recursos e soluções de acordo com seus CBO's.

Balancear prioridades de setor/pod/clientes com áreas de produtos empresariais.
Ser responsável pelo escopo de iniciativas relacionadas a produtos definidas nos planos de negócios de vendas gerais.

Identificar e recomendar soluções escaláveis para impulsionar melhorias contínuas na estratégia do cliente, escalando/solicitando contribuições de líderes mais seniores quando apropriado.
