Join our growing Energy company as a Sales Specialist, where you'll spearhead our efforts to market across several states. Massive growth opportunity as we transition to building an in-house team that can perform at a high level. The Role Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our company's options. Utilize provided leads to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets. Employ advanced closing skills to secure customer commitments and finalize sales. Overcome customer objections and handle rejections with resilience and a positive attitude. Accurately track and report on sales activities and customer interactions to refine strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

This role is an excellent opportunity for seasoned sales professionals who are driven to achieve and ready to significantly impact our growth.

Ideal Profile Proven experience in high-pressure sales environments, with significant expertise in cold calling and direct sales closing. Prior experience in the energy sector, particularly retail energy, is highly desired. Experience in related fields like telecommunications or pharmaceutical sales is also valuable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuasive and clear customer interactions. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent command of the English language is required for this position to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
