O QUE BUSCAMOS ​Profissional para atuação remota, com nível superior completo em TI (ou área associada), ou diploma de curso de graduação de nível superior em qualquer área de formação acompanhado de certificado de conclusão de especialização na área de Tecnologia da Informação.

​

Que possua pelo menos uma das certificações: ​ Professional Scrum Master (PSM); Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM); Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP-SM); Professional Scrum Developer (PSD); Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).

​Que possua conhecimentos e experiências em:
​Possuir experiência mínima de 05 (cinco) anos em:
  • Projetos de desenvolvimento de sistemas utilizando metodologias ágeis;
  • Liderança técnica de projetos complexos com impacto estratégico para o negócio;
  • Desenvolvimento de soluções com microsserviços, containers, entrega contínua e DevOps;
  • Arquitetura de Software, incluindo arquitetura limpa, arquitetura em camadas, arquitetura orientada a eventos e designs patterns relacionados;
  • Documentação de modelos arquiteturais e especificações técnicas;
  • Trabalho com metodologias ágeis, notadamente Scrum e Kanban;
  • Arquitetura e Desenvolvimento de componentes de front-end (Javascript, NodeJS, Angular, Angular Material, HTML, CSS, SASS, dentre outras tecnologias modernas) e back-end (Java SpringFramework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA, Activiti, Maven, dentre outras tecnologias modernas);
  • Revisão de código, código limpo, programação segura, refatoração, desenvolvimento orientado a testes (TDD) e integração contínua;
  • Desenvolvimento de soluções usando SQL e NoSQL, particularmente Oracle, MySQL e Postgree;
  • CI/CD usando Git, Gitlab, ou outros serviços de automação.​CONTAMOS COM VOCÊ PARA ​
  • Responsável por entender necessidades de negócio, construir, especificar ou avaliar soluções de TI, ou serviços e produtos de TI;
  • Construir, especificar ou avaliar componentes de software, no backend e no frontend, e suasintegrações com ferramentas de banco de dados, monitoramento, mensageria etc;
  • Observar as métricas de qualidade e os critérios de aceitação para produzir, direta ou indiretamente, ou para avaliar devidamente, os componentes funcionais e não-funcionais;
  • Capacitar e orientar os profissionais menos experientes de modo a promover um ambiente de melhoria e aprendizado contínuo;
  • Deve possuir a capacidade de projetar, desenvolver, testar, implantar e monitorar serviços/produtos de TI com foco nos requisitos funcionais e não funcionais;
  • Propor, quando requisitado, a melhoria das metodologias, políticas, práticas, processos earquitetura padrão, buscando sempre o estado da arte no que se refere à engenharia de software;
  • Buscar entender o negócio e identificar problemas, ineficiências ou oportunidades estrategicamente importantes para melhorias significativas.
