Role Overview:

Join us as a Training Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in assessing training needs within our operational teams to enhance employee job performance and foster growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training activities and conduct training needs assessments.
  • Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
  • Update and monitor Training and Competency controls.
  • Manage the training matrix units.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations through regular updates of the training matrix.
  • Collaborate with the training management system team for logistics and follow-up.
  • Oversee the Endorsement process for units in Bahamas and Panama.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
  • Support audits by regulatory bodies and clients.
  • Administer learning management systems and training tools.
  • Coordinate payment bulletins for training providers.
  • Identify top training opportunities in the market.
  • Assist in new employee integration and orientation.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree (Preferably in Psychology, Administration, or related fields)
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
  • Familiarity with Regulatory Standards and Maritime Authority Codes
  • Knowledge of HR information systems such as Lucy & Oscar, GEMS, NEO (Desirable)
