Job Location(s): Guaratingueta, BRDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Representative Customer Service.

If you are an experienced professional ready to bring forward your ideas, then Danfoss gives you the freedom to do so.

The ideal profile will be responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products or services from customers. Able to effectively resolve inquiries or escalate concerns in a timely fashion. Frequently escalates more complex custom complaints to more senior customer service representatives.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Analyze customer needs received through EDI or other communication methods, input sales orders into ERP system in order to accomplish with delivery promised dates
  • Collaborate with yearly physical inventory activities, through input of results into the system
  • Provide support to the organization and customers, through involvement in meetings, writing communications, to guide, clarify doubts related with customer interfaces
  • Prepare and analyze reports and spreadsheets to provide data and reports requested to support the business and respond to customers and upper management
  • Access and monitor customer web portals to check information related with current performance and address to proper responsible in the organization all issues found.
  • Visit customers to address issues related with scheduling, communication systems, performance improvement, etc.

  • Graduation in Administration or related fields
  • Experience in ERP transactions related with order entry, customer database, invoicing.
  • Knowledge in MFGPro would be a plus
  • Ability to establish and keep strong relationship with customer representatives, keeping sympathetic and calm communication even under stressful conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (writing and conversation). English and Spanish command as a plus.
