Realizar as atividades e rotinas da área de Compras junto aos fornecedores para suprir as necessidades de produtos e serviços da empresa, apoiando o time de compras de transporte a garantir o abastecimento e continuidade das operações.
Manter todos os controles internos da área devidamente preenchidos e atualizados; Acompanhar e atualizar regularmente os indicadores atuais da área; Conhecer as normas, os regulamentos e as exigências da empresa referente ao SGI (Sistema de Gestão Integrada); Desenvolver fornecedores, bem como avaliar a classificação de cada um; Realizar a re-avaliação de fornecedores, bem como a Pesquisa de Satisfação de forma regular; Receber e classificar as requisições de compras, selecionando-as por grupo de transporte e serviços e emitir o pedido de compras, efetuando pesquisas de preços junto a fornecedores qualificados; Auxiliar no agendamento de eventos e visita de fornecedores para negociação de preços e prazos; Dar suporte na solicitação de propostas para obtenção de preços e informações técnicas, selecionando fornecedores para suas diversas áreas de atuação; Acompanhar os processos do início até a entrega e o pagamento de fornecedores; Fornecer suporte as operações com indicações de fornecedores e históricos de compras; Buscar e avaliar novos fornecedores, verificando o cumprimento dos critérios de qualidade, idoneidade, condições de fornecimento, entre outros, com o objetivo de manter a CEVA atualizada com as tendências de mercado;Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo.
