As a Demand Planner , you will play a key role in executing the demand planning process within the sales operation planning framework, supporting the Consumer Business Group in Brazil and South America.

You will create an unbiased demand plan with the highest accuracy possible, working closely with talented professionals across LATAM.

The impact you will make in this role

Lead the demand planning processes aligned with corporate standards (S&OP) and best practices (Benchmarking) to develop a consensus and unconstrained demand plan.

Collaborate openly, directly, and effectively with stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Portfolio, Planning, etc.).
Define root cause issues and drive resolution to improve performance and scorecard management in planning KPIs.
Implement processes to enhance supply chain architecture.
Lead weekly and monthly meetings (Pre-S&OP, S&O, Portfolio, NWI, Service – OTIF, etc.).
Communicate planning guidelines effectively to support business objectives.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Minimum :
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
Experience in Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics, Customer Service, and/or Marketing.
Intermediate (B2) English and Spanish proficiency.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience in Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics, Customer Service, and/or Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Operations Management, or Materials Management.
Experience in demand planning.

Knowledge in:
Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), or Production Planning (PP)
Statistics, forecasting models, and collaborative planning.
Analytical tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP APO, Minitab, i2 JDA).
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivational skills.
Experience working on cross-functional and international teams.
Experience representing the supply chain organization on business teams.
