We have exciting opportunities for approximately 200 Remote positions in Brazil across various financial technology (Fintech) teams including engineering, database management, development, and testing.

About This Role:

We are seeking a professional to oversee the administration of Oracle 19c clustered database platforms. This role involves managing all oracle databases and applications, including objects, tuning, cloning, patching, and replication.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain databases for development, testing, and production.
  • Install new versions of Oracle databases.
  • Implement backup and recovery strategies.
  • Set up Disaster Recovery using Data Guard.
  • Manage migration of programs and database changes.
  • Automate operations with Ansible and shell scripting.
  • Optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct database refreshes and migrations.
  • Ensure database integrity and enforce constraints.
  • Optimize PLSQL queries and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of Oracle DBA experience.
  • 5 years of database support and design experience with Oracle.
  • 3+ years working with Oracle RAC environments.
  • Experience with Oracle RAC cluster, 19c database, and multi-tenant architecture.
  • Proficiency in GoldenGate for replication.
  • Knowledge of virtualized environments and Cloud infrastructure.
  • Expertise in LINUX and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with Ansible or similar tools.
  • Understanding of Oracle backup, recovery, and OEM.
  • Experience in code migration and development life cycle.
