Job Description Responsibilities Overseeing the preparation and submission of monthly financial and management reporting, working in conjuction with an external accouting firm, providing entries and being the first level reviewer of BS and P&L.Ensure project compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) and company policies.

Prepare monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, report discrepancies and work to keep books clean and up to date.
Responsible for managing the cost center structure, system implementation/optimization, acting as business partner supporting business leader/decision-makers with accurate reports.

Support the monthly review of the calculation of corporate taxes (Income Tax and Social Contribution under the Real Profit tax regime), deferred taxes and tax losses.

Support the review of all statutory obligations associated with accounting and tax matters.

Provide support in establishing the process to calculate profitability by project (P&L by cost/profit center);Ad hoc reports, demands reviews as needed.

Required Skills Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, economics, or related areas.5+ years of progressive consultancy, accounting, tax, or audit experienceAbility to adhere to monthly, quarterly, and annual department driven deadlines.

Strong coordination / organization skills with attentiveness to timelinesProficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required.
Strong interpersonal skills – able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Responsible, dependable, and possessing an exceptional work ethicAbility to adapt and work well in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to deliver while working under time pressure on multiple assignments.
