How Will You Make an Impact?


This role leads the transformation of business strategy into regionally relevant and inspiring marketing that builds customer value, revenue and growth for our
Human Identification and Forensics business unit across Latin America
countries.


What will you do?

  • Responsible for ensuring successful new product introduction/launch execution (NPI) and deployment plan to exceed commercial target
  • Drive execution of industry and customer events around portfolio, including educational programs/workshops to ensure market awareness and education
  • In partnership with regional and country partners build region industry relationships/key opinion leaders via customer communication, KOL engagement and management, and public presentation to retain our leadership presence in the market

How will you get here?

Education:
Must have Bachelor's or advanced degree in science, marketing or business management.

Experience:

  • Demonstrate 35 years of marketing and/or sales experience in Life Sciences sector.
  • Successful track record of achieving results through and in collaboration.
  • Confirmed market, customer, and competitor knowledge, as well as proficiency in development of marketing strategy and gotomarket activities.
  • Proficient in understanding, analyzing and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical, market and research information/data.
  • Excellent analytical, communications—both oral and written, and project management skills

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Sequencing and qPCR technology experience, strong understanding of the genetic analysis sector of the market. Preference of experience within Forensics segment.

English (fluent, mandatory), Spanish (advanced or native PLUS) Portuguese (native or advanced)
