RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualifies opportunities to determine validity of shipment request.
  • Coordinates client needs and requests with internal stakeholders.
  • Imports data and emit documents through the customer and UWL's system.
  • Send quotation and prospects to customers.
  • Direct support to US pricing and sales/GAT teams.
  • Operates daytoday tasks within a workflow if applicable.
  • Management of rates for ongoing clients on biweekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
  • Communicates with agents, customers, and operations.
  • Manage the designed Inbox if applicable.
  • Problem solving independently.
  • Works independently.
  • Support and backup (PTO/vacation) of team if applicable.
  • Help the Team Lead on training other members.
